I have purchased seceral shoes from this location over the years. I've never had the need to return…read morea pair, therefore I was not aware of their return policy. Today, I went to return a pair, the very nice young lady called for a manager (store policy, I guess for every return) and then she started to process my return, at that point she realized my return was outside their 60 day return policy. She explained the policy and I was like, oh ok I wasn't aware. We started putting the shoe boxback in a bag and by then the manager showed up, she didn't say a word. The clerk explained about the time frame, the manager shook her head no. She didn't day 1 word to me. I was actually ok with the policy, my fault I wait 2+months before returning, but the way the manager trated me was unacceptable. She then followed me a my husband while we shopped for another pair of shoes, just standing at the end of the aisle for about 5 min and watching is before finally moving on. As someone who does customer service, I find her manager skills lacking. The young lady that originally helped me is the only reason I stayed to shop.

We would come through after hunting near Ramer and on the on the way to the the Florida panhandle. Sales people mostly older folks are very helpful. Ive bought large-tall button down shirts that are hard to find and some outer wear coats although selection may be picked over. Footwear which they advertise from the road is decent, definitely wait for the big sale. Just be careful if the return policy.
