I prefer medium well, it was ever so slightly over cooked, despite the waitress claims. The meet is good, however it needs plenty more seasoning, so the flavour of the burger won't easily wash away! The restaurant is really relaxed, nice hipster ambiance, kind of more of a café feel, so don't worry too much about dressing up!
