These are the two major plumbing problems I have encountered but there are several smaller problems that this company has fixed for me. When I rang the really rude woman, at the shop, she said that the price was put up because they had rang some other companies and they where charging more. When I told her that her employee could leave my home and I would not be paying them a penny and I would find a more reputable company, she told me I was trying to blackmail them and they did not want people like me as a customer anyway.
