WARNING-- DO NOT BOOK FOR TENT RENTALS!! I booked with party time rentals for my wedding on…read moreDecember 2nd 2023. I paid 3k for a sailcloth tent 44'x63'. When we booked the tent we were told we would have a morning delivery. On the day of delivery they did not arrive until 1pm, the crew took about 2 hours to measure where the tent would go. Finally they brought the cloth of the tent out to set up, come to find out they are missing half of tent... they called their branch and we're told that the other half would be there in one hour. 1 1/2 hours goes by and the truck finally shows up but he goes to the wrong address, backs up into a fence and almost ran over a 20k horse. The owner of the house called the police but we did not have time to wait since it was almost dark. My dad had to go with our sxs to take the tent off of the truck OURSELVES to get it over to the right property. The driver of the truck reeked of weed and was not being helpful at all. We requested to speak to a supervisor multiple times on the phone but we're always told we'd get a call back, NEVER DID. The only reason the tent was eventually put up is because MY family had to physically bring the tent to the workers.I was not going to leave a review but since we have not heard back in over a month and did not receive any type of reimbursement for our $3,000 tent that was not put up in contracted terms I had to. Long story short, DO NOT BOOK- ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR WEDDING, WAY MORE ADDED STRESS THAT COULD OF BEEN AVOIDED!!!

Upon arrival, the production was already running over an hour behind schedule. When it was finally time for her fitting, the designer, Malcolm, called her name, looked her up and down with clear displeasure, and proceeded to body-shame her by making comments to another model -- all in the presence of the backstage manager, Zelda, who witnessed the exchange. Despite remaining professional, positive, and giving no reason to warrant such treatment, my model was deliberately overlooked and dismissed. The designer chose not to fit her or take her measurements at all. As a result of this blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism, she made the decision to politely excuse herself from the production. This type of behavior is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. No model should ever be made to feel unwanted, disrespected, or shamed -- especially in what should be a professional setting. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Belle Faire Productions to any talent or professional expecting basic courtesy, respect, or inclusivity.
