I mean it's not every day that I undress in front of a total stranger and enjoy having photos taken of myself, but after initially speaking with Khim, she eased all of my anxieties and concerns and patiently answered every question I had. Prior to our appointment she also gave me some tips and tricks to prepare for our shoot, which made that day run so smoothly. The morning of our shoot, I pointed out areas that I was self conscious about, but Khim's professionalism and confidence in me made me feel so empowered. Having my hair and makeup done by her makeup artist, Tania, was relaxing and made me feel (and look) beautiful! During the shoot, Khim was so great at directing and guiding me into poses. She truly has an eye and talent for capturing your very best angles!! After a couple of poses she showed me a few frames and I was stunned at how gorgeous the photos were, which only made me feel even more confident as we continued. I signed a contract, paid a deposit and agreed to the early evening time slot that was suggested. Erin decided to cancel my session because I had not emailed her despite not being a requirement in the contract. We both agreed the weather has been an issue and I was waiting to reach out with a location after looking at the weather. She also had my phone number if she was truly concerned about my not keeping to the terms of the contract. Less than 24 hours before the agreed upon date and time, she cancelled the session and refunded me the deposit. I did share with her this was the most hateful thing that could be done as I do not live near my daughter and was so looking forward to a family photo session. There was no name calling or unkind behavior on anyone's part till she cancelled, then I sent one email. I have shared the emails and email thread to show I was not contacted **edit ** Once she shared I called her a monster, I did respond that it was not me. If someone else did, I did not want it confused with me. I am hurt as a mother, but I would not want to hurt anyone else with ugly names.

She made some suggestions for time of day and kept an eye on the weather. She was on time, and patient. She was fast! (It was so hot out!) But most importantly the pictures turned out so amazing. She even captured a beautiful moment of my parents laughing together which ended up being my favorite. I am so happy I found her. However my dad just could not understand who the old guy was in the photos. But that is his problem not Erin's. I recommend her 100%
