There's allot not included in CDC program. You're packing and detail labeling food your kid will not eat, because they're like 3 and live on cheese sticks, but you have to pack food based on regulations. It's a whole nightmare. The 100 individually labeled diapers... I kept hearing Le Bon when I got stationed here. Wish I'd just listened and went here. Teachers aren't distracted with their phones. The ratio is great. Your kids are fully taken care of. If you have a child with any kind of learning or processing or sensory needs. This is it. AND they help your kid Potty train instead of telling you we just won't put a diaper on first accident come get your kid/ or don't bring them back until they are fully trained... what?! She not only provides a safe and loving environment, but also focuses on early learning through creative activities, reading, and structured play. The children are always engaged, happy, and encouraged to grow both socially and academically. What stands out most is how attentive she is to each child's needs--treating them as if they were her own. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel reassured knowing our child is in such capable and caring hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Marrilyn's Home Learning Day Care to any family searching for a reliable, nurturing, and educational setting for their little ones.

I am a first time mom, and with that, came a sort of panic about someone else watching my daughter. I will tell you that with out a doubt, I know my little one is in great hands, safe and loved. Ms. Marrilyn and her team do an amazing job at teaching life skills early on such as confidence and self esteem. Our children have the capability to do so much, and I promise they will thrive here. Manners, letters, & numbers, are just the beginning of what this wonderful home teaches. Oh and just a small side note, we recently moved 30 min out of town, and I drive an extra 15min past my work so my daughter continues going here, because I couldn't imagine my toddler going anywhere else.

This school is not what it used to be. Years ago, it had a strong reputation and long-standing teachers who had been there for 20+ years. Unfortunately, since the administration changed, there has been a clear decline. All those experienced teachers are gone, and the turnover now is extremely concerning. The biggest problem is the constant teacher turnover during the school year. Teachers leave in the middle of the term, and the classrooms never seem to have stability. This has seriously disrupted the curriculum and, more importantly, it has made my child feel uneasy. Children need consistency to feel secure and ready to learn. When my child kept seeing new teachers every few weeks, it created confusion and a lack of trust in the classroom environment to the point that drop offs went to a happy and smooth process to a nightmare because she didn't want to be there. In our case, my child had five different teachers in just the first quarter of the school year. Since then, the Spanish teachers were continued rotating with no clear continuity. Because of this, my child did not learn Spanish at the level the school promotes. Honestly, she learned more Spanish during a one-month visit with her grandparents than she did the entire year at this school, which was very disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of communication from the administration. Parents are not properly informed when these teachers' changes happen. We always find out after seeing the new teachers when we drop off, which does not build trust and leaves us feeling out of the loop. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this school. The instability in staffing, poor communication, and overall decline since the administration change have had a real negative impact on our child's learning and sense of security.

They also don't know how to assist children who are on the spectrum and send them home if they are too disruptive. Doesnt matter what you pay a week, you wont see that money again once its charged. They charge you an absurd fee if you are a few minutes early. They will call you to have your child picked up if the teachers cannot handle child like behaviors. They say they will charge half price on holidays, they always charge full price. Snowed in? Too bad you're still paying $300+ a week for daycare. The teachers we had that didnt up and quit were fantastic, its the admin that are the problem. If you look at the schools indeed reviews they are treated poorly by management.

They are teaching her so much! She is loving playing, singing, reading, and running around. She has learned to sit at a table, clean up after herself, say words and sign "more" and "eat". I'm so impressed. They send us weekly newsletters with tons and tons of photos and there is an app for parent updates and so we can interact with teachers throughout the day. They are very responsive. There is also a nurse on staff at all times and the administration (Elyssa and Natalie) are also very responsive and attentive, knowing every single child's name in the halls (I am impressed). The staff for the babies and toddlers are wonderful, loving and caring people. Bianca, Janae, Raven and Marisol as well as now Jaime and Sydnee are all stellar and I am happy to have my baby girl in a location with such attentive and caring people. They are always coming up with creative crafts and fun, letting the children explore with their senses, and teaching them to be kind and caring individuals. My daughter is happy about coming here every day and that is all I need to know. My parents and her other grandparent attended their grandparents day together around the Thanksgiving holiday and were super impressed with the school as well as the teachers. There was a welcome reception and then activity in the rooms where the grandparents got to see their spaces and do crafts with them. They had made each grandparent a thoughtful, personalize gift with photos to keep and my daughter's grandparents are obsessed. The facility, as mentioned before, is wonderful. It's a large building with secured entry and security who take their jobs very seriously - they have everyone scan in (and a photo shows up) and if you don't have your fob you must show ID and be on a list. I know this bc once my husband used my fob and they hunted him down bc his picture wasn't mine. LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS. The school is K-5th grade and they take babies as old as weeks to care for. A wonderful, wonderful establishment. Well-run and the best I've seen throughout the area. I could not be happier that my baby girl is here.

Within five minutes of stretching yes, stretching in what we reasonably assumed was a designated area, a staff member approached my wife, my nine year old son, and me to ask my son's age. We were then informed, rather abruptly, that no minors under 13 are allowed in that area. Fair enough, rules are rules. Except those weren't the rules we were sold the day before. At signup, we were clearly told that members 13 and up may work out independently, while children 12 and under are allowed so long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. When we pointed out the contradiction, we weren't met with clarification... just a stern double-down. The issue isn't the policy. It's the delivery, the inconsistency, and being corrected in front of a child after being given conflicting information less than 24 hours earlier. SO HERE IS MY TAKE AWAY. Don't rely on the sales pitch. Read the fine print, ask for everything in writing, and understand that what's promised at signup may not survive your first five minutes on the floor.

You can bring your own lock or borrow one from the front. They have water fountains that you can refill your water bottles at with ease. The building is clean and the staff are friendly. Second the staff genuinely cares, my son has moved throughout multiple classrooms and every teacher has been nothing short of fantastic in the infant and toddler program thus far. In regards to the infant room they are GREAT about following the oz's per bottle you set, but also gently making recommendations when needed. because let's face it babies act different depending on who they're around sometimes. You get these cute little notes about things they enjoy and developmental milestones they achieve. They send home soooo much art work for you to hang on the fridge and cherish. The toddler program is also wonderful. Classroom 6,1,2, and 3 teachers were all super great. One day there was an issue, my son slept too long and he slept through a bottle and as a ftm it made me super nervous, this staff handled it like CHAMPS they were super understanding and supportive of my position and assured me it wouldn't happen again and it did not. Goes to show how great they are at not only dealing with babies but also parents. The food they receive is also amazing in my opinion their menu never fails! Overall the value of care, education, and experience you get for your child is unmatched by any other daycare I've seen. If you can get a spot here I highly recommend it!

I tried to discuss it with the teacher, that did not work so I went to the director. She not only did not hear any of my concerns, she was belittling and dismissive throughout every conversation. When I went to the OWNER of the school to discuss how the whole situation was being handled and how rude her staff was, I received the response that is attached below: "Staff members, including our management team, are not up for a discussion with parents." The facility is nice, the actual teachers really do seem to care about the kids, anyone else behind a desk was never a good experience and always made things difficult.
