After looking at other child care centers for my 19 month old, I was completely won over by…read moreNature's Child Care. THIS is what I envision when I think of a quality center. I love that they have a controlled entry system at the front door and cameras watching every area. Inside, the classrooms are large, bright, clean, and decked out with quality, developmentally appropriate furnishings and playthings. The outside areas are well-equipped and fenced. The employees are very friendly and made my son feel at ease immediately. The tuition is (what I believe to be) a bargain for such quality. I also appreciate that it is a peanut-free zone, since my son may have an allergy. A nice extra - they offer optional activities (with fees) such as soccer, dance, and music. I am thrilled to have found this place!

Nature's Childcare staff and the entire business made me feel very comfortable with going back to work. There is video monitoring in each room (not viewable from my work computer, which I actually prefer) so if there is an event, it can be reviewed. The center is secure and entire staff is well trained. The management are VERY aware of what is going on in each room and the communication between staff and parent is excellent. Each room has 'Teachers' and they actually teach, which I am always impressed with. I now have three children in Nature's Childcare and wouldn't dare go anywhere else for childcare. I wish every day care center was as impressive as this one! I can honestly say that I would not be back to work if it weren't for Nature's Childcare. Thank you! Thank you!

This is the worst daycare to ever exist I absolutely have had constant problems with this daycare…read morethey are rude and disrespectful My daughter attended in the infant classroom and from day one they put on an act and act all sweet and kind then after a couple days they show who they really are my daughter attended for just a short time because of how the staff are to parents and how the director is to parents I was not able to ask just a common question without them getting upset or telling me i have been rude My daughter was attending this school and was starting some new solid foods she was having loose stool but had went to the doctor to make sure it wasn't a cold or anything that could effect other kids to find out that it was not she had gotten kid out of this daycare because i told them i had a note to the doctor that she was not sick they said she can not come back and that she isn't week when me her mother took her to the doctor and got a note and everything that she is perfectly healthy The director then calls and starts to yell at me over the phone not even giving me a chance to talk if you want people who take your money and treat you like you aren't a parent then i definitely would recommend this daycare if you want no respect towards yourself then go to this daycare They didn't even give me my money back for the days i paid for my daughter.

The teachers are super friendly and so is the owner and director. I get photos, videos and updates throughout the day on the app. They serve breakfast, lunch and snacks so I don't even have to worry about packing her lunch. It's so refreshing to know what's going on and feel confident my daughter is being well cared for. I couldn't be happier.

When we had our first child in late 2016 we were like many parents who wanted to give their child…read moreevery advantage we could afford. Unfortunately we were disappointed when we learned that Idaho ranks LAST in the NATION for early childhood education participation, and 68 percent of Idaho's 3- and 4-year-olds are not attending ANY preschool. We did not want to be part of that statistic so we began our preschool search based off of accredited early education programs like NAEYC, NHSA, ZeroToThree, and NAAEE standards. While we were fortunate to find multiple options in the Treasure Valley there were only a few that rose above the rest. We highlighted Kodomo Kids because they offer: - certified/well-educated staff (graduate degree early education) - small class size in an informal yet safe/clean environment - NO screen time in lieu of daily nature play outdoors - uses the Brightwheel phone app for real time updates throughout the day - fluency in multiple languages (Japanese and American Sign Language) There is still a lot of research to be done on childhood bilingualism but we do know that children can learn two or more languages during childhood without any problems. And that in fact, it is much easier to learn language in the early years from a native speaker not videos. Our son has been enrolled since 2017 and thoroughly enjoys his "sensei" and we love the caring attention and interactive education curriculum he receives. Kanpai to arigatō!

Consistency in care is very important to help children feel safe and secure. We provide diapers, wipes, and food. Daily activities include, but are not limited to reading, singing and dance, counting, simple math skills, problem solving, art, nature science (we are working on getting a garden going!), piano skills, exercise, free play, etc... We do not have screen time at any time during the day, as we are focused on personal and meaningful interactions that help shape the developmental years.
