Great place for kids! Toddler soccer/baseball is too cute! Watching the children run amuck is mind…read moreblowing... I've yet to find a place that's organized in a curriculum for toddlers/kids that is hands on and active - yet doesn't require direct parent involvement. Unfortunately for me - that really limits my ability to engage my kids. The coaches and the owner are very pleasant and the 2 times I've taken my kids (albeit on trial classes) - they've displayed great levels of patience with my two year old triplets! That in itself deserves a couple stars - as my boys are forces to be reckoned with! I love the way they've engaged them and have been super understanding and accommodating of my requests/questions. I'm really struggling here because the only reason I can't give a 5th star is the cost. For me - it's a little expensive. But then again, I have three toddlers! Most things are costly. I'm still on the fence about signing up, but I think the value for one child is fantastic! You surely can't go wrong! My review or lack of that 5th star is in no way discounting the place or its services - it's merely to say if you have multiple children, you might want to think hard about the scheduling aspect. Indeed - You get ALOT for your money, but if you're like me - finding the time to corral all those children several times a week to really grasp the worth, is a struggle in itself! Biggest pros: They engage the kids, & run them ragged! Lol! Tired toddlers is a plus in my book! Organized. Well thought out. Teaches cognitive and social skills in addition to exercise! Flexibility - no contracts!!! LOVE! Biggest cons: location. It's in the same plaza as Lifetime Fitness and the auction warehouse at the corner of Jones and 249. If you're not already familiar with the area, it's relatively easy to miss or not be in the know altogether (like I was until the owner reached to my mom's group and started the introduction). Overall - I'm quite pleased and will definitely think HARD about signing up... If you do try it - let them know I sent you.

We did Lil Sluggers with our Toddler through the Warriors facility near I-10. The contact,…read moreschedule and invoicing was handled through a contact at Coto Sports (Rachel). The program was good despite having a few sessions inside where the building was near 100 degrees as the building owner refused to turn on the A/C. I would have given them 3 or 4 starts but the earned 1 star because of the following: The program was delayed two weeks without reason, a class was cancelled the day-of without reason (or refund), and the last two weeks of the program were cancelled without refund. Eventually, I was emailed offering a refund for two of the three cancelled classes, but I was never given a refund. Can't recommend the program to anyone now for Memorial (Warriors), Belaire, or Tomball.

I'm giving it 5 stars from my overall experience as a parent. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. The facilities are clean, bright, and inviting, with plenty of age-appropriate toys and materials to keep the children engaged and learning. This location was pretty new when my daughter started and she started in the infant room and will be graduating from Pre-K this summer. How excited and pleased I am with our experience at this location. I've never had any issues with the teachers or staff that couldn't be resolved. The curriculum is well-rounded and tailored to each child's individual needs, with a focus on social and emotional development as well as academic skills. The teachers are knowledgeable, patient, and caring, and always go above and beyond to make sure that each child feels supported and valued. I also appreciate the strong communication between the teachers and parents, with regular updates on my child's progress and opportunities to be involved in their learning. The overall atmosphere of the school is one of positivity, inclusion, and fun, and my child looks forward to going to preschool every day. I highly recommend this preschool to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their child to learn and grow.

TLDR: The management does not care about the health and safety of your infants/toddlers and they'll…read morerob you of your hard earned money along the way. I urge you to look elsewhere. PROs: -You have access to the classroom camera anytime. Not that you can really see anything clearly or within view of the camera lens. - Diapers, wipes and meals/snacks are included in tuition cost. If you're okay with diaper rash from the cheap quality of diapers and wipes and a menu that is open to interpretation and likely to cause your child constipation. Changes to menu are made throughout the day without notice and meals are repetitive throughout the week. -They abide by a good "teacher" to child ratio (1 to 4-6), but that doesn't guarantee the quality of the "teacher" providing "supervision". My l.o. had 3 head injuries in less than 2 weeks which resulted in bleeding, bumps and bruises. We were notified way after the fact and the "teacher" couldn't tell us exactly what happened in two incidents. In the 3rd instance she had a different story from the manager all together. CONs: -This particular facility does NOT abide by their own Health and Safety plan. They do NOT conduct wellness checks throughout the day and parents of unwell children will not be contacted for immediate pick-up if they were. My 15 m.o. can attest to their lack of regular cleaning/sanitizing by suffering through hand-foot & mouth disease among various other illnesses. He's always the first and/or only person in the house to get sick. He's up-to-date on his shots and he doesn't socialize with other people outside of daycare. -Your rate will fluctuate as they see fit. Within 3 months of starting services they increased the prices AND they still have the audacity to ask the parents to provide for party supplies which is mostly food items for the day (they're supposed to be included in the tuition cost). -Be prepared to have more than a few of your child's clothing items lost. -You won't be provided an actual curriculum. According to the pictures we receive, "activities" seem few and far between. -They rely heavily on containers to make up for the lack of staffing or supervision. I'm not sure if it's a lack of experience or staffing, but the negligence of the management staff to provide support in areas of piss poor performance proves their overall incompetence.

And finally, his caregiver, who is still employed there, slung him into timeout. We reported it to the office and corporate and they claimed that she would be written up but that would be the extent of punishment. We took it a step further and filed a report with Children's Protective Services and this has been permanently noted for this facility. My child has since been removed and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. https://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Child_Care/Search_Texas_Child_Care/CCLNET/Source/Provider/ppComplianceHistory.aspx?fid=157511&type=MI
