There was not enough toys for each child to have 1 toy each. When I mentioned it, a couple days later I saw them dump a bucket of old dirty used toys onto the floor. My daughter got bit & scratched and they didn't know how it happened.( there was around 5 kids in her class). ( I only kept her there a couple weeks because I started noticing these things and found another daycare to put her in asap) . Also they didn't have a refrigerator in the classroom to keep milk in, so the milk would be left in sippy cups all day hot. They would play videos ( I'm guessing YouTube kids) on an iPad everyday for the kids to watch. What was worse is not all the kids could see it, and they didn't have any toys to play with. they would put the couple toys they did have away. So they were just in this room with nothing to do. Their arts and crafts consisted of them taking a picture of the child holding a marker etc and then they would take it back from the child and give it to the next one to take a picture with. It was truly awful. There were cops there one day. No one is ever at the front or able to answer the phones. The cameras are always down & they point them where you can't see the majority of the class rooms anyway. Huge staff turnover & shortages all the time. Please go check https://childcare.hhs.texas.gov/Public/ChildCareSearch before taking your child anywhere. This gives incident reports etc on registered daycares.

Our oldest graduated from here and had the best time at school and it prepared her academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten. We have had a great experience with our 3 year old as well, he's always happy to go to school and happy at the end of the day when I pick him up. I LOVE that they provide lunches here, are a smaller school so you can really get to know the staff and other families, and that they have outdoor playgrounds and large indoor spaces for play on rainy/cold days! The fact that it is Faith-based is what really sold us and was very important to us. Our children have all enjoyed and benefited from the chapel time everyday. The staff and directors get to know each and every family personally and communication is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and truly care about the children they serve. I could not recommend Family of Faith more!

The facilities are clean, bright, and inviting, with plenty of age-appropriate toys and materials to keep the children engaged and learning. This location was pretty new when my daughter started and she started in the infant room and will be graduating from Pre-K this summer. How excited and pleased I am with our experience at this location. I've never had any issues with the teachers or staff that couldn't be resolved. The curriculum is well-rounded and tailored to each child's individual needs, with a focus on social and emotional development as well as academic skills. The teachers are knowledgeable, patient, and caring, and always go above and beyond to make sure that each child feels supported and valued. I also appreciate the strong communication between the teachers and parents, with regular updates on my child's progress and opportunities to be involved in their learning. The overall atmosphere of the school is one of positivity, inclusion, and fun, and my child looks forward to going to preschool every day. I highly recommend this preschool to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their child to learn and grow.

It's clear that feedback is always mutually beneficial, leading to the best possible experience for my children. When I have had concerns, they have been typically addressed with thoughtfulness and care. If I feel there is an issue, the staff is quick to correct, and get to the root problem. The one area I could see for improvement would be around daily photo consistency. There are some days where the photos are flowing in, and others leaving us wondering what our children did for the day. It's nice to pair our conversations with them to photo proof. I would love to see more frequent daily photos so I can get a better, more consistent glimpse into my children's day and see their activities. The week I started there was drama and chaos. The director and asst director claimed they were just toxic, bitter CO workers who would be "leaving" (fired) I didn't understand at that moment what in the world was going on. 3 months later, all those "toxic" ex employees weren't so crazy after all. They took advantage of my kindness even when I busted my butt working 12 hours. Cut hours, refused to hire an assistant for each lead teacher because we were "in ratio" which means 17 plus kids by yourself, not to mention the curriculum they make you do weekly that can never be incorporated because there's too many kids with 1 teacher. There was no structure, consistency, definitely no "learning" food is trash and cooked in the microwave. They don't care to make changes, unprofessional, calls their employees expletives, and expects you to be "professional, no gossiping" but it doesn't apply to them. They don't value good teachers/employees and this has been an on going cycle since they first opened. The kids best interest aren't put first and they talk bad about parents behind their back. Leaving was absolutely the best decision. Sincerely, another "crazy" ex employee
