I love Goddard's use of the Tadpoles app where I get daily pictures and updates about sleep and activities like the babies going for a ride outside in the buggy, playing with bubbles, reading circle etc. I couldn't imagine better teachers, there are two for the six infants and there's a shift change midday. They're all extremely capable and work a lot to help develop motor skills (i.e. encourage tummy time, sitting, crawling). They care so much about the babies and clearly love their job. It's such a relief to have a safe and loving place to drop our guy off at everyday! Great care is expensive, but it's worth it for my family. Claim a spot early, we signed up about six months in advance!

The staff is wonderful and has worked so hard to make the school and the programs better and better with each passing year. They are kind and clear and I've come to really enjoy seeing their smiling faces in the morning. The teachers my two sons have had have all been amazing, unique and passionate and when my children are with them, my mind is at ease. My older son - who has recently rejoined the school for "Summer Camp" with some of his buddies - did the kindergarten program last year as a Farmer with Mr. Juan and he went into his current school so well prepared in both reading and math that he was able to focus on the other huge changes that come with switching schools. It's hard enough knowing that you have to leave your child over the course of a day, but to know that you have the best care possible for your child during the day helps alleviate so much of that stress. Rock Spring administration handled those challenges with grace, transparency and leadership. I've sent both of my kids there, and have grown very attached to many of the teachers. The teachers have always exhibited professialism and a high standard of care for my children. Now my older child is there for before and after care from a local elementary school, and the time he spends playing with other children at Rock Spring seems like a highlight of his days. The infant rooms are full of compassionate caregivers who treat my child like family, relishing in each new skill and milestone. I have spoken highly of Rock Spring to many friends, and asked them to take tours, and the ones who have seen it in person have agreed with my assessment and enrolled their own children. Please consider Rock Spring if you value a high teacher to child ratio, an engaging curriculum for all ages, accommodating administration, low teacher turnover and compassionate staff and teachers. We were really drawn to the fact that they sign the teacher's contracts for a full school year, ensuring minimal turnover (our previous daycare had an incredible amount of turnover in staff and admin, which we found very disruptive to our son's routines and to us as parents).
