I received my car back still making noise and a month later they're still refusing to look at it and AAA states I need to have someone else look at this to determine if this was from the wreck or not. Interesting, I get my car back not working and people are confused about a highway collision not affecting the entire car? The service is laughable. Don't leave any messages with Max. He will not pass them along. Since I'm giving recommendations, I would recommend getting another insurance company other than AAA, very sad over 9700$ is paid into fixing the vehicle, getting it back without it running properly. Beware of faulty advertising- "contact us if it's not fixed." They won't even look at the car on a lift. Super disappointing.

Joe is super professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly loves what he does. His communication was great the whole time. He kept me updated throughout the process and even took time to break down the tint and sound options that would help my fiancé's truck.
