Every year for the last 10 YEARS they call and ask for her. I have explained numerous times, that they have the wrong phone number and I've repeatedly asked them to remove my number. Today when they called, I calmly explained that I had already told her last year and the year before and the year before that and the year before that that I sold my house and I am not the person they are looking for, nor do I have a policy with them. And she actually hung up on me! So I called her back... I asked her to have the agent call me or I was going to put a negative review tonight. Well here it is because I never received that call back. **Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the $220**…read more I have no idea what I just paid $220 for. I could have easily filed my taxes myself online for free and saved both time and money. The agent barely asked any questions about potential deductions--only inquiring about my cell phone bill--and made no effort to maximize my return. The worst part? I specifically booked this appointment for help with my small business taxes and annual reports, but they couldn't assist with any of it. The entire session lasted about 20 minutes, and I only got half of what I needed done. Complete waste of time and money. Lesson learned--I'll never make this mistake again.
