    The wonderful crepes

WOW! Am I still in Kirksville? This place transports you to a ver smooth, hip, urban coffee spot. First, the coffee is ON POINT!! I am a cold brew connoisseur and their cold brew is approved!! Full of great flavor and smooth as can be. We also had breakfast. I had a savory crepe of eggs and chorizo. It was not only beautifully presented (see the photo) but was very good and just the right size. I also had a banana honey/peanut butter crepe and it was . My daughter lives in Kirksville and this is a frequent stop for her. I will for sure hit this place on my next visit.

What a super cute, relaxing place! They do need better signage off the main road but we worked our way around and found it! We had the turkey, bacon, & avocado panini with a side salad, which was delicious! The sandwich was plentiful and the bread had a great seasoning. We also had the ham and cheese bagel sandwich with chips. There was a good amount of meat on both sandwiches. There is a good selection of coffee, tea and smoothies as well as pastries. Such a cute place to meet up with friends (hence the name). I noticed an area set up for kids too. Give it a try! We would stop in again.

Great coffee, service, and atmosphere! Coming from Oregon, it was like a little piece of home in Kirksville.

TLDR: Best sandwiches in town…read more MENU: Submarine (hoagie) sandwiches, a few cold salad sides, cookies, brownies. FOOD QUALITY: Top notch for the price point. MENU FAVORITES: I haven't had a sandwich here I didn't like. Try the roast beef and cheddar with horseradish sauce and fried onions. Potato salad is better than what you'll get at Maxwell's for example. Brownies are pretty good. MENU FAILS: N/A. FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICE: I usually get delivery. KITCHEN SERVICE: Sandwiches are always well made, neat and orderly, plenty of toppings. COMPETITION: There are three other places in town to get this kind of sandwich that are worth mentioning: Bellacino's, Casey's, and Pagliai's. If you prefer quality over quantity, go to to JJ's. If you prefer quantity over quality, go to Bellacino's - they pile things high with cheap ingredients. Casey's is a decent Subway style sandwich (I've only been to the one on Osteopathy) and they have some combos of their own - I'd say they're a cousin to JJ's but a little lower is quality, and worth choosing instead if it's closer and you have to walk, or something. Pagliai's is my vote for the worst restaurant in Kirksville - I've had the Reuben and a turkey-bacon club, and they were both low quality AND low quantity. ATMOSPHERE: Clean and cheery.

I love the manager and workers are always big time customer service, friendly, professional, place is super clean, so would eat there often bc right up the street can walk which is super nice. Place is big you can eat in or carry out or del. all are options. I only ever had 1 not fresh bread sandwich out of the probably 10 times we have eaten there, so that is not bad. Just inviting environment like I said just super cleaned and always picked up, and employees always appropriate. They also cater to tons of out of towners like baseball teams that play Truman so we love out of town money coming in to the community. I would think this would also be a great place to work, I spoke to the manager and he was super friendly, professional, appropriate and knowledgeable. Definately would recomment for a great sandwich locally.
