Max talks a good game and happliy takes payment for services he does not deliver on…read more Max produced the plans to our extension fairly quickly, and initially seemed ok. However, shortly after payment, including planning and building regs fees, the plans were not sent to the council. After chasing for weeks (3 months after he received our payment), Max did send the wrong plans to the council but never made the fee payments. In the end we had to complete our own applications to the council and made payments directly - we never got a refund from Max. So learn from our mistake and do not use MIC or the builders he recommends.
