We were referred to this company to look at a warranty issue relating to a Briggs and Stratton…read morepower strimmer, as they are the local representatives in the area. We have used this company some years back and in the past have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of their staff. On this occasion however we were met by a man who is apparently the boss and he was extremely rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. Even though this company had been contacted by the people we bought our machine from, the 'boss' said that he knew nothing about the machine, didn;t know who had made it and then proceeded to dismantle the handle and left it hanging. He was about to walk off when we asked his to put it back how he had found it, to which he stared back aggressively. We again asked him and he begrudgingly put the handle back in the wrong position before storming off, leaving us to fix it ourselves. No wonder this once fine company is a shadow of it's former self operating out of a small unit in an industrial estate. All I can say is AVOID!
