Then my endocrinologist suggested that I work with personal trainer to build bone mass to reduce my osteopenia, so I contacted Tom for personal training. Due to the state of my ankle as well as being totally out of shape, I was a little apprehensive. But Tom has been great. I can't believe the difference in what I can do today vs. just six months ago. Even though a lot of members are younger than I am, there is a good representation of all ages. I have started attending some classes now and the instructors are also very welcoming and helpful. So glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to try this gym!
