The coaches who facilitate these sessions are highly trained and very knowledgeable regarding becoming more fit. In addition, they share numerous ways to enhance nutritional intake. Jared, Andy, Luke and Cat, continue to encourage me in my fitness journey, during every session I attend! I look forward to coming each day. On a personal level, it is so gratifying to see my progress. And, the 8 week challenges such as the current one I am participating in, provide me with an additional level of accountability. Thank you, Snap Fitness, for supporting my fitness goals!

I genuinely love the member community, which makes it so disheartening to see just how downhill the staff has gone. There is zero accountability for daily responsibilities. I realize it's a small local gym rather than a massive corporate facility, but with Mountainside Fitness opening soon, it is frustrating to watch this location self-destruct. We pay premium rates, yet the standard of professionalism has completely eroded. The small group workouts are great, but the constant "social hour" attitude ruins the environment. Jared is undeniably a knowledgeable trainer, which makes his persistent negativity and inappropriate jokes even more disappointing. When he isn't actively coaching, he's in the office on his phone. It's sad to watch someone openly act like they hate their job. I like Jared a lot but his professionalism and language is subpar and he could be doing so much more with his time in there. Basic operations get completely ignored, because the door requires a key fob, prospective members end up stranded outside until an actual paying client has to yell "door" just to snap an employee back to reality. Makylee shows real potential in class, but it's a letdown to see her immediately slip into the same bad habits of disappearing into the office on her phone with Jared. Andy is truly the bright spot left, he stays entirely out of the drama, avoids negative or crude language, and remains focused. Catalina is a capable senior trainer, but her lack of boundaries interfere with her professionalism. The gym floor has turned into her personal living room. She regularly unloads her heavy personal drama on anyone within earshot. While I sympathize with her personal struggles, turning paying clients into an emotional sounding board isn't appropriate, she seeks validation, sympathy and attention. Nor is wearing just a sports bra to conduct general yoga and stretching sessions. Her work attire is questionable at best. Her father is practically parked there like an extra employee every day, chatting endlessly and the two of them huddling at the only table doing god knows what. Dave seems to run a tight ship when he's around, but his frequent absence means standards completely collapse the second he walks out. With so much extra staff on hand, they have endless downtime that is spent idling rather than maintaining a professional facility. They could definitely reduce the number of employees and increase productivity at the same time. Catalina deserves credit for improving the gym's cleanliness when she does, but facility upkeep shouldn't feel like an afterthought. The upcoming competition is a frequent topic in class, and it's deeply disappointing that the sole reason long time members are planning to leave is the staff's behavior. Snap could be a fantastic gym, but without a massive shift in work ethic, self-awareness, and basic professionalism, it is going to sink the moment Mountainside opens its doors.
