She is so sweet and bubbly and kind that it's more like talking to a friend than a business associate. You will be smiling without even realizing it! They have been wonderfully accommodating with all the Covid craziness. It's almost easier than the pre-Covid way! With all the changes Covid has forced us to make anything that is easy is very much appreciated! I recently had some personal tragedy that has affected everything in my life and attitude.
