During our walking tour of the downtown area my eye caught this place. So we had to explore. It's a small store stuffed floor to rafter in unique and odd items. Bear traps, stuffed wall mounted bear, modern "antique" cap & ball or black powder firearms. Add knives, Indian dream catchers, chain saw carvings, and a slew of other oddities and you have the makings of a great shop. All this with minimal souvenirs that are available at other local shops. This is a place we could have spent a lot more time exploring. We've be making a trip back here soon

We parked in the very nice parking lot that is provided behind the businesses and across from the large sign that announces the name of the store and that they have olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The sign is right next to a long set of wooden steps. We are 75 and 81 years old. We made our way up the steps, knocked on the door and were met by what I later found out was the owner. We were told that we would have to go back down the stairs and go around to front. I asked two more times if we could come in the back since we had already climbed the stairs. I actually was just a bit shocked at her attitude as she got more "haughty" each time I ask. Needless to say, we walked down the stairs, got into our vehicle and did not darken her doorway. It gets better! A few days later, after relaying our experience to several other friends and family I called the store, gave my list of oils and vinegars that I had taken with me and asked if she could give me the the total price of all of them. She then told me to go online and look them up myself.....at that point I told her that I was one of the two people she wouldn't "allow" to enter her shop on Friday. I suggested that she perhaps add "Entrance in Front" to her sign, to which she said that no one else has ever tried to enter through the back. She said again that she did not "Allow" anyone to come in the back. Worse experience ever! it is my intention to tell as many people as I can what kind of person owns that shop. She was just incredibly rude and not someone I care to do business with!

We got a bag of coffee, and the cashier espresso ground it for us! She was so super friendly and great at her job. She let us sample all the coffee. And we got the coolest locally hand blown hummingbird feeder. Prices were very reasonable. Plants were beautiful. Coolest shop ever.
