I agree with Yvonne below. Poorly run V-ball club. Only about the money; not about the girls on the team. DO NOT PLAY FOR THEM!

Tucker and the coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely invested in your progress. Always offering tips and guiding you through movements to make sure everything is done safely. The programming is fun and well thought out, mixing CrossFit movements, Olympic lifting, and accessory work to help you build real skills that stick with you for life. Your strength and endurance grow together. Everyday things feel so much easier now. The community is the cherry on top! All ages, always upbeat, and everyone pushes each other through the WODs. It's the kind of energy that keeps you coming back. If you're on the fence, just show up. Everyone starts somewhere and the hardest part is walking through the door. Highly recommend!

CrossFit Incredible has the most thoughtful programming and Tucker and the coaches actually push you (most coaches in my experience don't). The accessory workouts here and cash outs are so unique and challenging, you won't see them at most gyms. New location windows completely covered with brown paper and a sign out front saying "this location is permanently closed." There was a door slightly ajar and what looked like people and possibly equipment inside, though I did not get a good look. I pulled the door partially open to go inside and had to let go because of a phone call. It looked like some people saw me. Took a few minutes to end the call, and during that time, I heard someone come up from the inside and close and lock the door. I called their phone number and no answer. Closed business? Moving? Just unfriendly? No idea, but it seems not to be a place to go. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Rich the owner is so kind and tentative and should be proud of the space he's cultivated. Vincent is also super kind and was great in welcoming me to this new gym getting over my first timer nerves very quickly. If you are looking for a space where you can go in and out quickly this is a spot for you. I've never had to wait for a machine. They have all of the essentials for lifting cardio machines and sometimes there's a cute puppy or two. Lots of well seasoned lifters here as well as newbies. Great vibe and place!

Been coming here in the mornings for a little while now. I like Keith he's a great guy, he really gets you motivated. They only have morning workout times an there's only two of em since I've been here. It's convenient for me tho cuz I go right after my graveyard work shift. The space is pretty huge that they use... I like it. I like fit for life in general. I've never had problems with them. The whole process is pretty casual . I like how signing up for one fit for life means you can go to any location, you don't need any extra special membership to do so, its just the same basic pay that you paid to begin with. I didn't have an enrollment fee either , just a decent price an cash in hand or card if you prefer that route. Great crowd here , everyone's nice and there's all types of people different ages , different body types, genders, races, etc.. YOu should feel at home here.

At this boot-camp, you can expect the sessions to start 10-15 min late because trainers like to chit chat and sell their stupid nutrition supplements and products before and during the sessions. By the way, the membership after the trial period is not cheap either and everyone pays a different price, ranging from $50 to $110 / month, depending how much the trainer likes you. LAME! Right!?? Did I tell you about their customer service btw? Roy, the owner, and Beau, the GM, don't care to hear about your concerns and won't respond to your inquiry.

The instructors motivate you to feel strong and empowered, and the front desk staff are always great and make it a point to remember you. Of course, the workout is insanely good, no question about it--you will sweat a lot, push yourself, and probably smile because it's super fun. Also, the playlists?! Incredible. So far I've taken classes with Brooke, Will, and Brian, and they are all amazing. Take the intro class if you're new, and it'll definitely help you get a sense of what's coming. But if you can't, the moves also appear on screens around the room and the instructors do an excellent job guiding you through each section. What I really love about UBG is that they welcome people of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities, and you'll see that reflected in their group classes. Definitely deserves all 5 stars! Right from the start, Rick's attention to detail is next level. He explains everything so clearly: why we're doing a certain movement, how to fix my form on the spot, what the plan is building toward, and how it all fits my goals. It never feels like a cookie cutter workout. It's all tailored just for me, and he pushes me in the best way possible without ever making it unsafe. In only three months, I've seen huge progress. My lifts have gone way up. I'm adding serious weight to squats, deadlifts, presses, you name it. And my cardio has gotten so much better too. Stuff that used to wipe me out now feels way more doable, and I'm bouncing back quicker between sets and days. What really sets it apart is that Rick doesn't stop at the gym stuff. He puts together full plans that include nutrition advice and diet changes geared toward better performance, recovery, and how I want to look and feel. Those tweaks have made a massive difference in my energy and the results I'm seeing. The gym itself is clean, loaded with great equipment, super convenient location, and the whole team has this motivating energy without it being over the top. If you're looking to get serious about your fitness with smart, personalized coaching, this is the place. Huge thanks to Rick and the crew. You guys are helping me level up big time!
