The pub was packed on the night in question - Not unusual, so a lot of people = a bit of bumping into each other, drinks being spilled etc.
From what I remember, you stayed for a couple of hours and not the 15 minutes you stated.
Complaining to the licensing officer was over the top. Do you complain to the local authority about everything you don't agree with? - Another busy body methinks!
How many suburban pubs do you know that have security? Town centre yes, but a small community pub?
CCTV did not show any of the incidents that you stated btw.
The Forestdale Arms is a small community pub on the outskirts of Croydon and on the whole, the customers are friendly and helpful. Children are welcome during the day. I certainly would not take my children there if I felt that they would be in any danger.
