SCDS was founded in 1955 when The Pape School, founded in 1905, became The Savannah Country Day School. I am the parent of three SCDS alumnae: Class of 2006, Class of 2009, Class of 2012. I am greatly appreciative of the challenging and rigorous academic education they received, and the wonderful relationships that educators, coaches and administrators fostered with my children to help them achieve their full potential.
