Flowers were sent to me when my Mom went to heaven in March. I couldn't believe what was delivered…read more(see photo). I called Touch of Blossoms and asked why they send a funeral basket with nothing but greenery that lasted a couple of days and 4 roses and 4 carnations. It was the worst arrangement I've ever seen. They were apologetic and said someone would be back in touch. No one ever called me back. Finally I called again and got the owner Jerry. He was nice enough and said they sent what was ordered. When I sent him a photo of what I received, he asked what happened to the rest of the flowers and I told him that was the way it was delivered. I also sent him a photo of another one I received from a different florist as an example of what the arrangement should have looked like. He said he understood and would check the delivery camera. It's been a couple of weeks now and radio silence. I've texted him (see attached screenshots) and no answer. Now when I call, I get no answer. It's like someone just hangs up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. YOU WILL BE SORRY. Another friend sent flowers from the same florist and when I sent her a photo of what it was, she said it was nothing like what she order.
