Other than that you couldn't really ask for a better location or value for your money while staying in Florence. To emphasize how great this location is there wasn't a single attraction in Firenze that you couldn't walk to in less than 15-20 minutes from the front door. You're literally steps away from all of the major attractions in the city. There's also dining, some local less touristy options, and a couple of great small groceries nearby.
