Perfect location. Only negative we've had so far is the fact the air conditioning doesn't really get the room cold (We were there during the transition period before the AC was fully activated for the summer/hot season - the last day the AC actually turned on and it was fine). Other than that you couldn't really ask for a better location or value for your money while staying in Florence. To emphasize how great this location is there wasn't a single attraction in Firenze that you couldn't walk to in less than 15-20 minutes from the front door. You're literally steps away from all of the major attractions in the city. There's also dining, some local less touristy options, and a couple of great small groceries nearby. read more
