DISAPPOINTED as customer service does NOT include effective listening, communication or attention to detail. 1. Delivery order placed online on a Mon and same day an email sent requesting a happy birthday greeting to be added on the card. the delivery was requested for Weds. 2. After waiting a day for response called them Tues afternoon ....provided the order no. and enquired if the email was received, promptly the lady answered the order has been delivered!! I advised it was scheduled for Weds ..then she sounding further confused says yes its for tomorrow and she confirmed email receipt with birthday message instructions. 3. Order is delivered with name and add of recipient without the birthday greeting message leaving the recipient confused who its from! surprise ruined!! 4. email sent to the shop with photo of delivery and lack of follow through with comms....NO RESPONSE. Customer service lacking! Disappointed considering the price and delivery fees ...n also having followed up to no avail. read more
