She helped me select the right parts and assured me she would be there for consult if I needed additional help. They have everything for doors, hinges, pulls knobs you could ever need if you are doing restoration or just want to add a vintage touch to your home. Well I bought mattress for my mother from them on the 15th of this month and this review was posted…read moreon the 18th. Not even 72 hours has gone by and the mattress has turned out to not be the one we needed. I bought a queen and she needed a full. She has gotten a different mattress from a different place in the mean time. I called them up and spoke with the owner inquiring about returning the mattress. Keep in mind that the mattress has not been slept on and the plastic is still on the mattress. It is still brand new. I was told that they didnt understand what the problem was. And said that they didnt want to be a horses a$$ but they didnt know what to tell me and said they couldn't help me. It has literally been 3 days and I was told to get bent. Very displeased with the service.
