After they did their work, within a month my basement started leaking again. Regardless of countless emails back and forth with Greg, he refused to make things right and live up to his warranty. Instead he offered another service of his for 4 times the cost of the original work. I wanted Greg to live up to the companies guarantee, however after he agreed to refund my original money. He stopped all communication with me, and has yet to reply... for over a month. This whole thing has been going on for 9 months. Unacceptable. Do not even call this company, it's not worth your energy. Sample of one of Greg's emails: "Steve you paid 1000 dollars for a crack Really think about this I told you we would reimburse your 1000 with the other proposal we gave you why don't you get other quotes from the work and then talk to me I don't know what your looking for here but get other companies in send me there quotes and you will see for your self I am not responsible for your bathroom so get that out of your head cause it does not make any sence I gave you a solution gave you a reimbursement of your money so what are you looking for" ------- In regards to the bathroom, please see the below emails about being covered: Hi Greg, I wanted to follow up as per our discussions for the repair work done today. The crack that caused issues wrapped from one side of the basement starting in the laundry room, behind the bathroom, and into the rec room and adjacent wall. Work was performed in the Laundry room and one wall in the Rec room. Patch work wasn't performed behind the bathroom wall, however as per discussed, please confirm the warranty covers the wall behind the bathroom as well. I would like to question why the patch work wasn't continued along the adjacent wall? And if deemed unnecessary, would like to confirm that it is indeed included within the warranty. If not, I would like to inquire as per why the patch work was not done on this wall considering it was 1 continuous crack. From our discussions, this was included in the quote as it didn't matter how long the crack was. Thanks Greg, I appreciate the work done here. Steve --------- Greg's response: Hey Steve as stated you are covered thank you for using us and any questions please just ask Regards Greg ---- Clearly Greg cannot be trusted.

His receipt (available on request) consisted of nothing more than his business card with the following on the back. 857525__185202.52My wife informed me that he charged 85 labor, 75 for the cap and 25 for applying silicone to part of our roof.I am concerned that he does not claim his taxes as he only wrote the receipt on the back of his business card, which I have, and he recorded this no where else. His total before taxes, $185, does not coincide with the total of $202.52. That tax value cones to 9.5%, a strange value indeed.Shannon, my wife wrote him a check for $252.52 vice 202.52 by mistake. Mr. Priest cashed it.I have called him well over 10 times. He has replied with, ?The check is in the mail? many times. I asked him twice to put a return address on his envelope. He does not return my calls. It is quite evident that he has no intention of returning this overpayment.Mr. Priest should be ashamed of his unprofessional business practices.

The service was extremely poor -- they charged significantly more than other providers in the area, failed to fix the issue, and actually left the equipment in worse condition than before. It was clear that the technician did not know what he was doing. Even worse, he was highly unprofessional and used offensive language over the phone. I strongly recommend staying away from this service. Save your money and avoid unnecessary stress -- do not hire this person.
