Alex is the worst !! This company has no idea what they are doing .. I requested a fall yard…read morecleanup - First they booked for a Saturday .. then cancelled 5 minutes after they were supposed to come.. Rescheduled for following day and showed up one hour after scheduled service... Started in the backyard and completely destroyed my flower beds .. ripping out perennials .. Didn't even bring a lawn mower.. Then after 2 hours told me they would have to return on the Monday to finish the job.. Never showed .. Never called .. had to block my number to get them to pick up the phone. Worst experience EVER !! Stay away if you can.. Paid $240 for 2 hours work and will cost me minimum of $300 to get new plants in the spring..

Communication with Alex started May 1st and was wonderful. He responded very quickly to messages…read moreand seemed very knowledgeable when we met. We booked him and he wanted $1,275.00 as deposit to get the plans started. Once we paid his deposit on May 6th, all communication with Alex was lost. We tried email, text, voicemails, facebook messages, comments on posts/photos and instagram. After 4 days of trying to get a hold of Alex, I then sent a message to his wife's private account saying I will be contacting the police if we don't hear from him. Surprise surprise, we then heard from Alex who threatened us saying if we don't take down our posts and comments on social media that he will be suing us for defamation and slander. I told him to give us back our deposit first then we will remove everything posted online. He said he will send us the deposit back that coming weekend (May 17th) and that we will hear from his lawyer. I said that's fine just send us the deposit. It's now May 24th and we still haven't received our $1,275.00 back. Once again lost all contact. This morning contacted the police and sent them what they requested. All conversations, texts, phone messages etc etc. Police mentioned they tried to contact them with no answer but they will keep us posted. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I will pursue to a civil court if needed. I'm hoping no one else went through this! All we asked and was promised out deposit back.
