Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean Martial Art. It's very similar to Shotokan Karate, but is softened by Chinese Influence.Krav Maga is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces and has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies and thousands of civilians in the United States.

History

Established in 2000.

Head Instructor Douglas Mase has been training in the Martial Arts since 1987. Douglas Mase started training in Taekwondo. In 1999 Douglas Mase joined the United States Air Force Security Forces, there he studied Ikkyo (an Aikido discipline). When Douglas Mase left the Air Force he went back to his Taekwondo roots. After a year he found Tang Soo Do, a more practical based discipline. He is a 4th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do.

Master Douglas Mase is a 4th degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. He holds belts in many other styles. Master Mase is also a full instructor in Israeli Krav Maga. He has also been inducted into the International Martial Arts hall of fame 3 times.
