I called and spoke to Devon. I told him the situation and he said he would be more than happy to help. He met at the gym and gave me a consultation. He was very knowledgeable. He got me on a work out plan and therapy. I was worried it will cost a lot but he told me they accepted my insurance. I was so EXCITED! He was super patient and understanding. I have been going to him for two months now and he is helped me get back in shape and to be confident on the floor again. The first few sessions she helped me understand how my body was supposed to move and where I had to retrain it. After a few sessions, my constant hip and back pain went away. Then my shoulder pain. It is a lot of work that you have to do to get your body to retrain itself but Missy gives you the right tools, guidance and motivation to get there. After a few months, I was working with Missy on perfecting my form on lunges and squats in order to increase my weight lifting. I was no longer focusing on managing pain!
