just now Mr. Lombardo told me he "wasn't going to eat shit"…read morejust because I was reasonably upset after he informed me the treasurer may come after my daughters dad for the $4200 I paid him for the support of my daughter. He refered to it as a gift even after I explained the situation. It came to the point where he told me to find different representation. He said he was going to refund $300 for the filing fee. Which would only leave me out $400. Someone told me the fact that he talks so much isn't a good sign, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt by retaining him. He refused to give me anything in writing stating he would no longer represent me and he was refunding the filing fee. I will post an update on that in a week.

We worked with Jim Weber on our trust and will documents and found the firm through a legal service…read morebenefit that my husband's employer offered as a supplemental benefit. Given the cost of putting these documents together, the low monthly fee for a year was well worth it! With the current shaky state of our democracy, we felt it best to get a will and trust set up to ensure that we are protected in the event that some of our rights are removed. Overall the experience was good; Jim definitely knows what he is talking about and provides thorough answers to questions. At our appointment we were given nicely organized folders with our information in them and he explained the process before we signed anything. What wasn't so good? Jim was over 10 minutes late for our meeting and didn't acknowledge his tardiness in any way and there was no "thank you" or anything when we were done, just an awkward parting of ways from their conference room.
