Due to the extreme negligence endured from a previous attorney who started my father's probate case, Chris was assuredly handed an atypical, intricate situation. He not only had to amend multiple, crucial errors that were initially made, but also had to ensure that the case continued to flow in a timely manner. Prior to finding Attorney Chris, there were days I would just cry, feeling stuck and not sure how to proceed appropriately with the mess that had already been created by a claimed professional (previous laywer). However, after working with Chris directly, its no wonder this man won Super Lawyer multiple years in a row for his outstanding work. From my initial visit, to the closing of the estate, Chris went above and beyond to kindly and thoroughly list and explain EVERY STEP, and even the ones subsequent to the present. His communication is amazing, he is a true pleasure to work with, and his navigation through this case was beautifully done. My personal situation required an intelligent individual, who was particularly knowledgeable on all avenues of estate law. Needless to say, Chris fit the bill and highly exceeded any expectations held. Not once was I left with unanswered questions, and I always felt 100% trust with Chris because I knew he sincerely cared...period. I very much admire him, as his qualities and actions deserve respect and praise. He is a true master at his craft! Attorney Chris Hueneke has been a tremendous honor to work with, and God's blessing for me all around. I do not feel this review is enough, to truly resonate my genuine appreciation for him. He has an exceptional personality and attributes, and his character, values and behavior make him a unique and rare find. I just cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me, and I would undoubtedly recommend this man 100 times over! THANK YOU SO MUCH, ATTORNEY CHRIS!

I even asked him to when we entered the Milwaukee courthouse. He never said a word on my behalf, and I mean nothing. He just sat in a chair with his hands on the table. The judge asked him if he had anything to say, and he replied "No, your honor". I was very disappointed with his attitude and representation. After the court hearing, I asked him why he didn't advocate on my behalf. He shrugged his shoulders, lifted his hands and slapped his thighs, and said nothing. At this point I realized what a mistake I made retaining him. A few weeks later, he had the nerve to send me a bill for another $700. I had no choice and paid it. I'm surprised he still practicing law. I feel because of his dishonesty, that he should be disbarred. My advice to anyone needed an attorney in a divorce proceeding is to go somewhere else and just stay away from Magner And Hueneke.

The…read morestaff here is usually pleasant to work with, and Joseph was really helpful and kind during my visit. He had mentioned he would help handle something with my bill and follow up with me. Before my billing due date, I emailed him to check in but didn't hear back, so I ended up going back into the store. When I spoke with him in person, he let me know he had seen my email but had been busy and wasn't able to reply yet. That said, he did help me once I came in, and I really appreciated how empathetic and understanding he was about the situation. I've been with Spectrum (previously Time Warner Cable) customer for over 10 years, and right now I'm happy with my current service and the customer service I've received at this location.

When I upgraded my phone in-store, I was told I'd receive $800-$1,000 trade-in credit and that a return box would be mailed to me. I never received a box. Later, I was charged $333 because they said I missed the return window. Apparently the instructions were buried in promotional emails, which contradicts what I was told in person. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with multiple reps getting different answers. One told me to send the phone to a third party, but now I'm being told it's only worth $100-$200. To make things worse, my service was shut off over this disputed charge, even after I made payments. As a single parent and disabled veteran, I rely on my phone for communication, including VA medical calls. The mobile service is okay, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will be leaving Spectrum Mobile as soon as I can.
