When I called, I was greeted with the most pleasant assistance and customer service, a can do attitude, extremely simple ordering process and the ability to even share any special requests I had for the arrangement - which I had! What was delivered was simply beautiful with so many different types of flowers - and they were all fresh! Great value for the money, timely delivery, beautiful floral arrangement and amazing service! I'm posting a 4/5 rating only because of communication - I was advised that once the arrangement had been delivered, I would receive notification - and I didn't. I had also specifically requested a picture of the arrangement be texted to me before it went out for delivery and, while I was told it would be, it wasn't. This will not prohibit me from ordering from this business in the future at all and is only feedback for the shop. Thanks for an awesome experience!

I went into the store at 5:15pm and the worker, with a bun in her hair was AWFUL. she deserves to be fired. Customer service has gone downhill and she is a prime example of it. It was so unbelievable the way she treated me and my children. I will never be going back to that store. They deserve to be shut down.
