Absolute scam. Some lessons are learned the hard way, but do NOT give them your money!

Robbed me of my hard earned money. 609.00 to be exact. Called me from numerous lines advertising that my company would be put in local magazines at 4 local golf courses in my area. Told him I wanted a half page and Cody upgraded me to a full page. Said I would be contacted by a designer the following day. Days and weeks went by with no contact from anyone. I tried reaching out to the phone number numerous times with no answer or returned voicemails ever. I found Cody on Facebook, reached out to him and he gave me every excuse as to why I haven't been contacted and told me he would issue me a refund. Told me this on multiple days as each day something different came up as to why he couldn't refund me. Finally, after reaching out again today, he told me he had to review the contract to see if I was Eligable for a refund. Told me a contract is a contract and he went to law school so good luck. Then, directly after telling him I would be contacting my attorney, he sent me an email from his "designer" apologizing for the delays and lack of communication. This guy is a crook and a con artist. Absolute worst experience in over 25 years in business. Scammers. Full of excuses and did not deliver on their promises.

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY. Took my money back in September 2021 and haven't heard from them about an actual publishing date.

The owner has personally reached out to me to ensure our advertising was completed. With covid it caused big delays but in the end they followed thru on all there promises. read more

I own All Fencing Supply in South Florida. The Fairway Edition did some marketing for me and the whole experience was fantastic! Obviously, the Covid pandemic hurt a lot of us small businesses. But with some very targeted marketing, 2021 is looking so much better. I can't help but comment on a negative review I saw... when I see the date of March 2020, I think Worldwide LOCKDOWN. Are we really giving fellow American companies 1-star reviews for running behind when they were forced to close? Are we getting mad when their reps struggle to give answers to impossible questions during these unprecedented times? I'M NOT! I've been in that seat. This company is completely unresponsive and when I have talked to them, they gave me the runaround. I paid them for an ad that was supposed to come out in Q2 of this year and still hasn't been published. They scold you when you call to discuss it, as well!!?!! I wish I had the chance to read the reviews for this company before my husband paid for a product that has not materialized and now we are ending the month of April and still nothing from The Fairway Edition. I have made several attempts to get a hold of Cody and not able to get him to call or reply to an email. Now when I call the phone just rings and rings and rings. I would think a professional business would have an answering machine to at least leave a message. I was given the same story about how this company was hit with covid and bla bla bla. Bottom line, we paid for something and did not get anything. I am sorry for their hardship, but would think they would not be calling people to get business if they knew they could not handle the new business. I think they are trying to get new staffing set up, meanwhile, how about reaching out to us who paid and getting nothing. Maybe could try to compromise and say we would wait for the new year and get something. We own our own business and always do the right thing. If the owners of The Fairway Edition are good with basically stealing money from others to help themselves, then they should not be allowed to keep operating until they can take care of the clients who have already paid. This is very frustrating and like some other reviews have stated, please do your research before signing a contract and paying upfront for a service or product. read more
