It hit an hour and forty minutes and i never saw the dentist. As i was walking to the exit, the lady says "are you sure you want to leave? He's right here". The man stared at me like a dear in the headlights, with zero reassurance, apologies or even a rude gesture. Just nothing, blank. I said maybe another time and walked through a room of clients looking at me. I felt like a fool and the time hit right after two hours when i sat on my couch, saying holy shit to myself. Oh and i forgot how the girl at the front desk spoke to everyone in a totally different way than she did to me. Like my very presence made her uncomfortable. Pleeeaase go out of business

My visit to this office was terrible. I went as a new patient. I went to get back on birth control…read morespecifically for my acne, and expressed this to her. She proceeded to ask me about sexually active, boyfriend, etc... I did share I had a boyfriend who lived many states away and we do not see each other much for the time being. She told me, "I'll tell you the truth, this one I'm prescribing you is not going to prevent pregnancy, and best advice if you don't want to get pregnant don't lay down in the bed!" It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was skeptical to get on the brand she prescribed as it was new and expensive. I told her it was out of my budget and she then offered to give me 1 month sample pack and I would have to pay for the next two months then return for a follow up. I did this, and when I went to the follow up I did not have any results at all. I brought up once again, that it was too expensive and I would much prefer a generic one which I used as a teenager and saw results. So then she offered me 2 discounts cards, and said she wants me on this brand longer to really see if there would be results... Let's just say, after I made a follow up appointment upon leaving the doctors, I called to cancel!!! I will not return. This was a terrible experience.

On 5/4/22 I left a review on the BBB and Google Reviews ---- While the staff is friendly and you do…read moreget in and out fairly quickly, their billing practices goes against most insurance policies. I went to Avail Hospital on recommendation that they work with you; however, this was not the case. While I do have a $500 deductible on my insurance, my insurance does pay some before the deductible is met so that you don't have to pay $500 in one fell swoop. After speaking with my insurance, my insurance informed that Avail should have never made us pay $450 upfront before billing the insurance. Also why was the hospital trip that expensive anyways???? My 3 yr old fell and cut his chin open and they simply just "glued" the cut shut. My other son had a similar injury on his forehead when he was about the same age that he sustained at school and that ER visit was less than $200. So while the staff is friendly and you get see quickly (mainly because they don't have a lobby full of people) they are extremely expensive and do not bill your insurance first. I will never go back again. I'd rather wait at an ER for a few hours and pay a reasonable bill. On 6/15/22 I Updated my review with information that is pertinent to my previously left review --- My husband has been trying to contact billing department because we received our EOB but never received a billing statement from Avail. Our EOB shows that Avail owes us a refund; however, the billing department refuses to return the messages left. Additionally when I left my review on the BBB back on 5/4/22, there was a response from Avail to contact them by phone/email but the information to contact was either "*****" or "XXXXX", and no, it was not an auto filter blocking the contact because in a review left by someone else, they responded with a phone number and you can see the phone number.

Two sweet smiling Jennifers will be there to help get you in as quickly as possible! There has never been a time that Ive called and have not been seen THAT DAY!! They will work you in as fast as possible!!! You will not have to wait long before being brought to the back to the nicest exam rooms, full of great working toys and original artwork adorning all of the walls! The art is created by Lana Griffith herself, and it has such a cute and whimsical feel, as well as pictures of her family! (Which makes me feel so at home!) The ladies checking your vitals are always so friendly and smiling, making you feel like family. After a short wait you will meet Lana or Randall, who are genuine and wonderful people who actually care to spend the time getting to know your story, history, medical issues, etc! When walking out, you will feel thouroughly taken care of, and satisfied. For the kids, there's a great treasure chest full of goodies to choose from while mom or dad is paying! They don't even accept my insurance but I will go there every single time because of the happy feelings I have upon leaving! I have literally been in and out in 20 minutes before!! It's amazing to me! I've never had any problem they couldn't help me with, and all the while, giving me the care and concern of a family member. After sitting in waiting rooms for hours on end, waiting in the exam room for another hour, and feeling rushed the whole appt at most other dr offices, Griffith Family Health is a refreshing change! Do yourself a favor and check this place out! You will be happy you did.
