My friend who was in the vehicle with me even had lean over and tell him he was being extremely rude and unprofessional. After holding up the drive thru I agreed to pay and then he drove the debit machine in my face! Never have I encountered such a rude and argumentative clerk! Never again.. The staff was shocked and moved slowly in bringing me paper towels to stop the blood flow. They said this never happened before. However the staff at the urgent care centre said this is common. They recommended I find another coffee shop. They said that the entrance and drive through often have vagrants hanging around. I don't recommended any Tim Hortons that has security staff.
