Friendly, helpful, encouraging. He made the difference from it being a good experience to being a GREAT one. (NOTE - There is a small tip box with envelopes at the front desk. If you loved your experience like we did, be sure to use it) The room was a lot of fun also. Well put together, good props, clever clues with a couple of really surprising moments. Out of our entire trip, this group still talks about this being their favorite moment.

(We understood IT issues were not her fault) She then gave us the option to pick another room which we really appreciated, but although it was set up very well, the room lacked sufficient lighting to see just the basic clues needed. The option of flashlight phone was available to use, however that made it hard to move the locks and set up the codes because you were trying to hold your phone at the same time. Just a tiny bit more light in the room would have allowed you to see better but still left a creepy feeling, which is what I know they intended. Although she tried her best to assist us with creative clues needed, (due to the lighting), it was bare to minimum and did not actually put us in the right direction. This left the room more frustrating than challenging, and what was intended to be fun entertainment became a chore and a headache! We walked out of there feeling like we just did not have the adventure that we wanted! Please note that the establishment is very clean and well kept and the young lady was doing her job and extremely nice! Maybe next time we'll just do a different room and have better results!

What really stood out was having the actor in the room with you playing the game. He kept us laughing and gave hints, keeping the flow going when we got stuck.
