I have since received 2 sets of mailers from her - one addressed to my oldest brother, who has never had any association with my property, and is only listed in my Trust as a beneficiary; the other set to me, with my name miss-spelled. To get my brother's info, she would have had to access my Trust. This may not be technically illegal, but it is a privacy breach and crosses every line of decency and ethics I can imagine. Preying or people who are in grief is unconscionable.
