They will call and hound you to make another appointment and if you miss too many they will fire you. Be prepared to spend most of your sessions talking about goals and rules. Most places I have been to for therapy try to work with you and treat you with respect and compassion, not this place. Seems like they just want your money and your attendance, my therapist tried to get me to ask my boss if I could leave early on certain days. Who does that? I wish I had not wasted my time here, there are many other options out there that will treat you better and not waste your time.

I keep getting lectured for not knowing how to access my portal and apparently he insists on punishing me for it. And I was billed 2x randomly without a heads up or warning. I had to actually pause my credit card and leash that money-grubbing "finance guy" , DAVE, to stop charging a full-time student because he refuses to honor a payment plan! My mental health, the ENTIRE reason I'm here, is lessoned by talking to these bozos. Get someone nicer than DAVE in billing

It's been 2 and a half weeks and she called to say no one can work with me......so nobody can help we anxiety issues?! Out of all the people there....she said no one would be a good fit here. I said maybe it's because I'm a male? Alot of psychologists would rather work with females....she didn't say yes or no, but was rude and basically told me after patiently waiting 2 weeks for a response nothing more can be said. That's how they treat customers there?! There's thousands of other psychologists in the area, I'd say find someone else...... don't work with these ridiculous jerks!!

He did not solve my problems for me, rather he assisted and guided me down a path of dealing with these problems myself. This is exactly what a counselor should do, in my opinion. Mr. Voelker is well versed in the issues he can expertly deal with. The sense of trust, that was present from the very first encounter, was due to Mr. Voelker's professionalism, his great personality, and sheer fact that he wants his clients to succeed. He is not in it for the money, and that is very apparent by his willingness to work with his clients and his ability to be as productive as possible with the time that is being paid for. Mr. Voelker was a great counselor for me and truly has impacted some of the deepest wounds that I faced.
