They frequently would ignore quite hours by being loud themselves and would not enforce those rules when broken by other patients. Sleep was hard to come by for my 5 days. There was supposed to be gym time as well each day and out of my 5 days only 1 of those they took patients to the gym, which is apparently in disrepair. I was not woken up for the gym time that did occur. So there was no physical activity beyond pacing. If you are trans like I am, request another facility. My deadname was frequently spoken aloud and put on the white board for all the patients to see. My actual name was put in quotation marks " " not even parentheses ( ) which would have been marginally more respectful. Just getting an electric razor was a hassle until I got in touch with the patient advocate. I came away having gotten what I needed from that place but I never wanna go back.

After consulting the website and finding a few therapists that had the skills I was looking for, I called in to get set up as a new patient. In the past week I have called 5 times and left two messages. I have heard nothing back and every time I call, I get sent to voicemail. It seems impossible to get in touch with the office staff, and they don't seem interested in getting back to you at all. I did a little searching after this experience to see if maybe this was an off week and color me not surprised that this is a frequent complaint people have, even for existing patients (and for some, the lack of communication means their meds don't get refilled. Hard pass). Since setting up new patients and setting up appointments is the bare basics of what they do, it doesn't make me feel confident in them delivering on their other services if they can't manage at least that. Of course, some of the providers may be excellent, but it's hard to know if the gatekeepers of the phone don't let you get that far. Frankly, there are enough barriers when it comes to getting mental health care, a mental health practice should at the bare minimum not be creating more. There are plenty of other practices in the CLE area that don't make getting the help you need a wrestling match just to talk to someone. I went with one of them and you probably should to. A good provider does you no good if you can't get scheduled to see them.

As i have previously mentioned, when I last spoke to Sebrina (the only person who makes up this place's billing dept) she told me after i had paid, i was all "squared away." I just got ANOTHER BILL FOR $240, dating back to last may, june, and two days in november, the 2 days she told me when we spoke last, the therapist didn't bill me for, which i then paid. The invoices i had received in the mail previously had a huge list of dates from these same months this bill is now saying i owe for. I am livid. And, if they do not drop this BS, since this is all their incompetence, I'm getting a family friend who's a lawyer to go after them. Do not use this place. It's a scam, and they literally are milking people for money. I have never seen anything so unprofessional before, in my life. Ever.
