As a visitor and a Hispanic mother shopping with her children, it was offensive and inconvenient. As a customer you shouldn't have to check in your bag/purse to shop at a shop, especially as a tourist visiting the city of Nashville. I would not recommend this shop to visitors or anyone who wants a welcoming and positive experience. Additionally, the lady behind the counter was unprofessional, callous and rude. The establishment should focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment instead of assuming everyone is a thief! - disappointed visitor

Trust me when I say this, from one lost soul to another, YOU NEED TO SEE HER. She'll make you feel comfortable in the way she explains thing's to you and when you talk to her. Her environment is clean, welcoming and doesn't make you feel out of place. Folks, this woman has been utilizing and sharing her abilities/gift since she was 12. She is a 5th generation (on record, probably more but as far as she knows) this has been in her blood line for decades. Be yourself when you see her, come with an open mind and by all means, don't let misconceptions of how people with her ability are viewed in the Western world. How I met Jennifer itself was divine intervention. I was out in Nashville (but I live in Memphis) consulting other clients and ubering to earn extra cash to support my family during a transition I've been going thru, and I gave her a ride one evening. For many years I've been thinking to myself and the universe for a better understanding of what's going on in my life and what I'm here for, along with what I can do to be a better person. Inside I've felt, I guess a "resistance" in my life sort of like I'm being held back or instead of just walking "freely" that my life is such that I've been walking in water with extra force/resistance in front of me. Basically always fighting something. If you're looking to change your life for the better, reach out to Jennifer, she'll help bring clarity and answers to the questions you've been looking for. (More to come as I continue seeing her)

It's only been 3 days and things in my life are lining up in a way that I couldn't have imagined. She kept God first, and does her work all in the name of Jesus. I'm so blessed that a teacher like her is making herself visible and available for humanity to grow in an intentional, forward motion.

First, let me say that I frequent metaphysical shops and psychic services. You might say I am a…read moreconnoisseur of karma... an afterlife aficionado, if you will. Regardless, I know when a psychic service is quality and when it is an absolute abomination. My experience at The Psychic Shop aligns with the latter as if the two phrases were interchangeable. Now before, proceeding, please bear in mind, I do not often make a fuss and, in fact, I created a Yelp account for the sole purpose of airing my feelings about my experience at this company. It was THAT horrid. I stopped by The Psychic Shop to receive a palm reading from Sabrina. No amount of prefacing of "it is impossible to give a 100% accurate reading" could justify the incredibly vague and totally inaccurate waste of time and money that I received. To begin, it was $60 for a 15 minute reading. I did not receive 15 minutes of service. In fact, my servicer seemed to have run out of ideas to throw out after about 5 minutes so she began recycling the same ideas in slightly different wording. As for the reading itself, I could have received more insight about my life from the back of a cereal box- with little to no exaggeration. For those who may be skimming reviews, you may notice commonalities between readings of reviewers. That's because they're virtually the same generic lines that that this company uses to prey on those who are naïve enough to believe that they are the real deal. My reading is as follows: You will live a long life and have a couple of children. You will have good news in March, April, or May. I was asked if twins run in my family. Nope. I was asked about my husband. No husband. I asked about what the good news would be in those months.... "positive energy." I truly believe that I paid $60 for a fortune cookie. Not to mention, I was being given a palm reading and she didn't look at my palms. To close, I was told that I should not tell anyone about this reading for the next few days or it may not be as accurate. Given that not a single thing was accurate, I am hoping that me airing all of this out about 30 minutes after receiving this reading will cancel out the bad juju like PEMDAS and something positive might come out of this dumpster fire. And here's the kicker.... my brother got a reading too! We were both told not to speak of our readings... and you know why? BECAUSE THEY WERE THE SAME. To conclude, this is a scam. Don't waste your money. And to the owner who will inevitably write back and offer a reading to make up for the poor experience- I don't want a reading. However, I would love a refund for the collective $120 that my brother and I spent for the 10 minute practiced monologue. Thanks :-)

Since 2012, I’ve worked with clients worldwide — including the U.S., Australia, and the Middle East — who are intelligent, capable, and often highly sensitive, yet feel stuck, drained, or out of alignment despite years of effort. My work is not psychic entertainment or fortune-telling. I don’t read palms, cards, or practice mediumship. What I do is identify the underlying patterns — beliefs, internal rules, and energetic habits — that are actively shaping your experience. My strength is speed and precision. Within the first session, I can usually see what’s been running beneath the surface and why it hasn’t shifted through insight alone. From there, we address the root pattern directly so your system can reorganize and move forward. Clients come to me when they want clarity, relief, and forward movement — not long-term analysis or performance-based self-improvement. All sessions are private, focused, and designed to create tangible change.
