An old bar in middle of Ashington Hirst area been around for a long in the town. A great little bar that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. There is a small function room available upstairs but is small and an odd shape with a very small stage in a bay window. Being an old building the whole place has a bit of strange layout but other than that I nice little place for a drink. At one time there was a number of rooms available to stay in but I believe these are no longer rented out and that it is just a bar nowadays but I'm not one hundred percent sure since he refurbishment if there is now guest rooms available. read more
