We worked with the Keller Williams Eastside Real Estate team and just closed on a house in Issaquah in March 2016. We were really impressed with their service level and understanding of the current market. We can't write this review without giving rave reviews of Rosemarie McIntyre, the realtor who closed our deal! If you're ready to buy a house, reach out to her and you will not be disappointed! Let me tell you about our experience from beginning to end. My husband and I had just started going to open houses - we weren't planning on buying in Seattle until we sold our home in LA. Rosemarie happened to be hosting one of the open houses we went to and aggressively (in a good way) reached out to learn about our needs, timeline, etc and asked to set up a meeting to discuss our needs in more detail. Even though we weren't planning to buy for another 3-6 months, she and her teammate Dan Edwards took time on a Saturday evening the very next week to meet with us. Once we started looking at homes seriously, Rosemarie always made herself available to go see them with us. For those we were interested in, she was quick to follow up with the listing agent to get details on any pre-inspections and to find out what the sellers were looking for in their offers. There was even a week where she went on vacation in Hawaii and still wrote up a last-minute offer and managed all the nail-biting calls with the listing agent. She also provided quick feedback on comps in the area so we could make a solid offer. The Seattle market is extremely hot right now, so I can't say homebuying was an easy process. We lost out on about 5 bids, but in the end won the best house for us. By the time we saw the house we eventually won, my husband and I were pretty worn out and frustrated with how competitive the market is. The last house was priced higher than the others we had looked at, and we thought there was no way we could win it with the max offer we could afford. We asked Rosemarie if it was worth even putting in a bid and she said, "You'll never win a house you don't try for." So we put together the offer....and FINALLY WON IT! We're so happy with our purchase and again, just so happy with Rosemarie's service level, availability and just amazing attitude and character. I have to say it again b/c this is so important when buying a house -- I can't stress enough how available she was. I felt like we were calling, texting or emailing every day - usually I would hear back from her within 10-15 minutes. I was never left waiting or wondering what was going on. Amazing! FYI the Keller Williams realty site is not the greatest in our opinion. We still used Redfin throughout most of our search as they just provide better details and seem more up-to-date with listings. I have heard really bad things about Redfin realtors though so don't use them as your realtor - use Rosemarie McIntyre at Keller Williams and just reference Redfin to see new home listings! read more

We just sold our townhouse with Joshua Service and Dan Edwards at Keller Williams. We listed the property on January 17, 2017 and the sale closed on Feb 10, 2017. We had worked with Joshua for over 5 years when he managed our property. We rented it out until the real estate market was at a place where we could sell and at least break even. As our property manager, Joshua helped us keep it consistently rented over the years. He was an exceptional property manager handling all kinds of problems that arose from our renters and always advocating for us. He knew WA State tenant and landlord laws exceptionally well and was able to guide us through pit falls we would have fallen into without his help. A year ago we tried to sell our property, with a different real estate agent, but were unsuccessful. That was a big deal because we spent lots of money and our personal time painting, repairing and getting it ready to sell. It was off the market for 4 months which meant it was unrented during that time. That meant 4 months of paying a mortgage and our own rent. The next time we put it on the market we wanted to be sure we could sell it quickly. Joshua, and Dan Edwards, guided us throughout the process. They recommended the best time to put the property on the market, made some repairs, had someone paint, and got the place staged for us. The place was beautiful! And we didn't have to do any of it ourselves! They also recommended we start at a higher asking price and when we got multiple offers they recommended which offer we should except. Our experience could not have been better. We are so lucky to have sold our home with Joshua and Dan. I fully believe that without them we would have listed it too low and would not have sold the place as quickly and for the amount we got. We broke even and then some truly feeling that we got the best return on our investment. We were in experienced and knowledgeable hands with Joshua and Dan! When we buy our next home we'll be coming back to Keller Williams! read more

Dan Edwards did a great job selling my home. From the moment we first got in contact, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The first time we met in person for a consultation we talked for almost two hours, until every question I had was satisfied. He never looked at his watch, never tried to sell to me, and was not stumped when I asked very specific questions in relation to his marketing tactics (I am in marketing, so there were some hard questions). The time table he had set for selling my home was also right on. I gave him a timeline for when I could have my house ready by, and we both stuck to the dates. He also offered any assistance he could in helping me get my house ready to sell. The house went up on the market on a Wednesday, and by the very next Tuesday, only six days later, the house had sold. He helped make what could be a stressful process very simple and stress-free. I have huge respect for the Eastside Real Estate Team. I recommended Dan Edwards to my daughter and her husband. They began working with Patty Parsons to find a new home. Their experience with Patty was fabulous. The experience they had with the lender (Flagstar) was horrible beyond belief. Patty stayed with my daughter and son-in-law to navigate the problems keeping them informed and managing the anxiety. Patty and Dan were frequently on the phone with Flagstar to keep them on track and to provide information that they (as the lender) seemed unable to manage. Had it not been for their persistence, the deal would have ultimately fallen through. In this seller's market, it is amazing that Patty was also able to work so closely with the seller's agent to keep the deal afloat. My daughter's family is now in their home and enjoying the the space that tugged at their hearts at first sight. Patty Parsons is amazing! We were not easy clients and were having major sticker shock moving from the south. She took our hopeless, frustrating home search and turned it into an exciting, easy experience from the second we started working with her. She listened to the things we said and the things we didn't say and found us the perfect house for our family. Patty was respectful of our major time constraints with an 11 month old and a husband in a new job. She managed to be sweet and professional while fighting hard for us! She made the negotiating process simple and stress free. Patty also continued to see things through as we had some problems with the house after we moved in (that couldn't have been foreseen and weren't anybody's fault). Dan and Gabby are fantastic. I live in Texas but was required to sell my Mom's Bellevue condo on very short notice after she was hospitalized. Less than 24 hours after contacting Eastside, Dan arrived at the condo with a 3 ring binder complete with a comprehensive market analysis and listing strategy.
