Lots of comfy chairs, soft blankets, and refreshing drinks at the ready. I tried the red light therapy and came out glowing. Then I tried the cryotherapy. What a rush! The cold temps weren't as scary as I thought. I felt alive but then I actually got a temporary headache. No worries, Owners Hayley and Chad got me rehydrated and I realized that it probably was the result of flushing toxins out of my system. I submitted the request for an appointment around 8am and promptly received a response for an 11:30am appointment. Natasha came to my hotel and quickly got to work. She made me extremely comfortable even though I was a hot mess. She asked me about what was happening and explained all the vitamins and medicines in the IV. I told her I was a hard stick but she took her time and found a suitable vein making sure not to cause any pain. Natasha talked with me while the IV was running and told me what to expect as I recovered. Although my circumstances were horrible, Natasha was a life saver.

My temp before cryo was 88. They got me down to 61. They give you a headset with any song you want while you do your time in the room. I loved this option! Then I did whole body infrared. I still didn't immediately feel much better, so I proceeded with compression therapy. That's exactly what I needed! I had shoulder surgery six weeks ago and can still feel some inflammation. A few months ago they got two new ones and our normal one left. The new PA Brandi is ridiculous. She's condescending & unreasonable. I saw her a day or two ago and explained to her that I'm losing my health insurance for 60-90 days because I'm changing jobs. She kept wanting to refer me for physical therapy & a clinic...WHAT INSURANCE AM I GOING TO USE?!?!! I repeatedly told her I wasn't going to have insurance & she continued to insist on treatment rather than medication & I get it that's probably better for me but I'm not going to have coverage to maintain it. The previous PA's were amazing & I hate that they moved on because the new ones are terrible!
