If you're looking shaggy, don't bother with anywhere else. I've been coming here for two years, and I've never had a bad cut. I'm not really good at describing what I want, but Aiden and Troy always do a great job of taking my vague words and translating them into a killer haircut. And I don't have easy hair to cut -- once, a barber took pictures of my hair so he could show how weird to was to his friends. The folks at the groom room? They nail it. Every single time.

I'm a loyal customer, even though I live in Nevada and only have Troy cut my hair if I happen to be in town and I need to get my hair back in control. My Dad and my Brother come here too. My last visit was earlier this week was around Troy's opening time (7:30 AM), with no wait, nice conversation, and back out to the care in short order. I enjoy our conversations and catching up on Campus and Community happenings. The Barber Shop itself has comfortable seating, good reading material (if I need to wait), sports on the TV, and just an all-around comfortable vibe. Free parking is available across the street. My last haircut was on the short side, which I like, while Gayle is still considering. But when one is nearly bald up top, shaggy sides and comb overs don't look so good to me these days.
