We always felt welcomed and understood. My wife and I were involved in a head on automobile accident. Thankfully, we both walked away. The accident was only the beginning however. Although the other driver was at fault, our injuries, our medical bills, insurance companies back and forth and countless visits to doctors and physical therapy appointments and eventual surgery due to injuries; the stress of it all was overwhelming. Once we visited Mr.McCabe, we knew we had found someone who was understanding, kind and compassionate. These qualities were impotant to us. The fact that this firm is unrivaled in their field of expertise was an added bonus. We were always able to receive an answer to any questions we had. They were very patient and their responses were immediate; I mean an answer within an hour at most. Of course, settling your case favorably is what you are there for, but the experience is made so much better when something so important to you and your family is in capable hands. In panic, we contacted our lawyer at WWLG and she assured us that she would handle everything. I had a very hard time getting her to return my phone calls and emails. And when I did reach her, she stated that she was handling everything and we would not loose the house. We continued to get foreclosure notices and our new house was to be foreclosed on in less then 2 weeks. No response from her. I contacted her partner who also said they were handling it with no other info. I finally called our Title Insurance company who halted the foreclosure immediately. The title insurance company had to sue my lawyer to cover the lien. My advice, always have title insurance and don't use Western Wake Law Group.
