This wasn't salsa or guacamole or anything but a bucket of seemingly hot water salad. Yes, the kind from a bag with carrots and ice berg lettuce. Like I'm still equal measures mad and baffled. The Birria is also solid here, my current go to is the combo mamalon which is like there greatest hits and gives you a solid sampling with both the asada, biria and a cochese.
