The back of the doors are severely marred, there's something that looks like mold or rust around the sink & tile,, the basements around the floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years. The hallways look dingy. I've only been to the Northside facility and have been a patient since late 2024, when Baptist Healthcare no longer took my insurance. I'm used to clean facilities like those at Baptist. I'm wondering if the FCP facilities on the other sides of town are better cared for. Wish I could add a video of one of the restrooms on Yelp!

Because There was no notification from them, I stayed with the insurance I have. Until I can get with a new doctor, I don't have my medication because I need refills and have to to an Urgent care because I'm sick. I thought Oceanway cared about it's patients, apparently not. I called in for a prescription issue and stayed on the phone for 48 minutes with supposedly one call ahead of me. I finally hung up and called back - still one call ahead of me. Really! If one call takes that long have enough courtesy to pause the call you're on and take the name and number of the person on hold and call them back. I'm still on hold for the second time for 15 minutes. Hire more people and do some training.

I've never been and I have a weird spot on my hand ,did not ask for her opinion ,did not ask her to examine it, she glanced over.and Said it looks like a wart, but we'll take care of that. Never once did they say oh for asking for that referral we're gonna charge you $250 but they did I have disputed it. I have sent messages , I have tried everything. This company is a business they do not care about your care they do not care about anything but getting money extracted from you. I do not recommend this office. The office manager Stephanie has not returned my calls and does not care about my concerns. I basically have been told that I was charged $250 for the referral which to me is fraud. No one ever said to me because I asked for a referral that I would be charged for that request yet here we are and they're charging me and threatening to send me to collections because I will not pay for that. I do not feel I should pay for something like a referral. I've been a patient on and off for 30 years at Baptist primary care offices and I have never been treated like this ever before ! He has even saved my life one time when he couldn't get me to respond to medications he called the paramedics and they got here and got me to baptist Hospital downtown in nine minutes. The office is very clean and well-maintained. Check in just takes a minute. There is plenty of parking here and a pharmacy right next door. They will be opening a new facility next to 295 and Dunn Ave.
