Since that post is attached to my review, I did want to verify that my review is about the Kimberly Road, Davenport, Iowa facility. Shortly after posting the above verification that my review was about the Davenport, Iowa K9 Resort verification, a nasty message was posted AGAIN by the owner. I don't understand this attitude. We had a bad experience at this kennel and posted our opinion. Other people have posted bad reviews and good reviews. To the owner: Instead of showing such nastiness for a bad review, just make sure you offer the best service for pets left in your care. You have a beautiful facility, but we, your customers, want and expect our pets to have the best care when they are there.

We recently had to get a cat Spayed and front claws removed. Anne was very helpful and…read moreprofessional. She provided me with lots of information upon dropping off our cat. And again at pick up time we were provided with 4 pages of care instructions. It is obvious how much she cares about the cats she takes care of. She is a certified Vet and charges WAY less than most Veterinary Clinics. She even checked for ear mites at no cost. When you enter the house "clinic" I wish I would have taken a picture of a write up about Anne. It explains why she is able to charge such a low price and about her commitment to taking care of the cats. She is committed to helping spay and Neuter farm cats so they do not over populate and get killed on the road or fill up animal shelters. She also takes care of house cats too. I also heard she can administer any of the shots a cat may need as well. If you are in need of cat services and don't mind a short drive this is a place you must consider. Be aware there may be a wait, I think we needed to schedule an appointment 4 months out. Not sure if she handles emergencies.
