Our Southwest flight also served no breakfast - one can only have so many almonds, oat bites and Ritz crackers. Southie to the rescue. We ordered their breakfast burrito ($17), meatball sandwich (The Balls - $17.60) and bacon-lettuce-avocado-tomato (BLAT - $16.50) for the ladies and a matcha latte ($7.10) for me. The food didn't take long. I shared half of the burrito with my wife and it was delicious, especially after she dosed it with hot sauce! It was exactly what I needed, along with my daily fix of matcha latte. The kids gobbled their sandwiches so quickly I didn't get any! Total bill was about $60 before tax and tip. Service was friendly. Will be back!

I immediately apologized because it was an honest accident. An older woman, who appeared to be in her 50s, was sitting at the bar and became extremely upset. Even after I apologized, she continued yelling at me. I didn't engage at first, but she kept escalating the situation. She eventually put her hand in my face basically hitting my face and pushed my face physically., That's when I finally responded. My friends witnessed the entire interaction and told her she was in the wrong. What disappointed me most was how security handled it. Instead of listening to both sides or trying to de-escalate the situation, they immediately seemed to side with her and even told one of the men in my group to get us to back off. To this day, I still feel they gave her more credibility because she was older, despite multiple people seeing what actually happened. I don't get into confrontations, which is one reason this experience has always stayed with me. This is only coming up now because every so often my friends bring up that night and how poorly the situation was handled. It reminded me that I never left a review, so I finally decided to write one. These days I rarely go to bars anymore because I'm more into fitness and wellness, but even if I did, Oeste wouldn't be my first choice after this experience. I hope management ensures security listens to both sides before making assumptions.

Even the menu has pics. ~ They specialize in Neapolitan style pizzas and an emphasis on the crust. ~ They also have paninis, focaccia sandwiches, salads, plenty of coffee choices, and tea as well. - A "rustic, yet modern Italian theme" I'd say. So you know they offer wine! ~ Only a few small tables. And a corner seating section with outlets. ~ No service issues. That's about it! I know I mentioned the pizzas, but I wasn't sure how long it would take to make versus my departure time, so I opt'd for the chicken focaccia sandwich. And oh man, I was shocked at how good it was. Nice and toasted too! Well worth it! But next time I'm definitely getting a pizza.
