You walk into a Disney store and expect to walk into a mini Disneyland with all the characters and memorbilia on display. The southampton Disney store just feels aged, tired, and dated. Don't know whether its the brand itself or just our store, but it feels like a cheap outlet store or a jumble sale shop. I like the Disney products when I find them, I have a large Nemo here, its well made and authentic to the film and so are many of the other products! Shame the shop is a let down! read more

The place to buy your favourite Disney character from. They sell soft toys, stationary, snow globes, ornaments, cushions, socks, towels etc. The staff are friendly and will help you with what you are looking for. I have been in better and bigger Disney Stores though. read more

This shop is fantastic and there is lots of choices to choose from, like pillows to buy cuddley soft toys. There is always staff to greet you at the door when you walk in and the products are labelled well and displayed in the right areas. The downside would be it can be sometimes abit messy if one had been messing around in one area and the staff seem to miss that area. But overall a nice shop if you want to get a disney product. read more

The Disney Store is just like being in a movie or in America, its full of bright coloured fun products. The range of products is amazing and the prices are not too bad either. The store could do with being a bit bigger but is a good size and is very spacious inside and very well laid out. The staff are amazing, they smile so much it is infectious. They are very helpful and provide brilliant customer service to everyone. If you are looking for anything Disney related, this is the place to go. This shop is amazing! Full of lots of fun things to do. Upon entering you will be astonished with the colours displayed. Very rich in this area. There is a vast array of toys and memorabilia from all the disney films and you'll easily find everything to do with the latest Disney craze. The staff are friendly and well acustomed to children. The products can be a bit on the expensive side but if you want a special treat for someone who loves Disney then this is the place to go. read more

I could spend hours in this shop. There's something about it that makes me feel like I'm about 6 again and I start getting excited by the bright colours and stacks of stuffed toys. Oh, and the snowglobes! I mustn't forget those! The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. I recently made enquiries about dvd release dates and after the girl who was helping me got so animated about a particular film (that sadly, they didn't have in stock) I promptly went and ordered it online. I know in many shops people ask if you need help and they only do it because they've been told to but in this shop the staff do seem to really want to help. The products are good quality but sometimes a little pricey although that's to be expected with genuine Disney merchandise. I can't say enough good thing about this shop, in fact, the only bad thing is that it's not much, much bigger. read more

From the moment you walk into this store you feel like you are being transported into a different world!.from the excellent range of product to the amazing service you recieve from all of the staff you can't beat it. Its a shame that the store isn't bigger as they quite often don't stock all that is available on the website but nevertheless its still a wonderful place to shop. read more

I visited one morning a couple of weeks ago to do some early? Christmas shopping for a friends son. I didn't want to spend too much and had a quick browse around the store. Not having kids myself I have no idea what is hot and what isn't and stupidly forgot to ask my friend. After a few minutes the sales lady took pity on me and came over and offered assistance. She walked me through how much I had and how old my friends son was. She showed me a few items, demonstrated some features and I ended up picking up a Wall-E game that apparently he will love (now according to my friend). She was really friendly and helpful. The Disney music and setting convinced me for a few minutes I was back in Tinkerbells Toy Shop on Main Street USA as a child and it was a nice happy place to visit.for a short while, after a few minutes the music started getting on my wick! The toys are reasonably priced for Disney branded stuff I think and I am happy with what I've got so will probably return next Christmas with the same problem! read more
